Illinois (Chicago)

“No place is ever as bad as they tell you it’s going to be.” – Chuck Thompson

Hey friends!

So, I recently had the awesome opportunity to present some research I did at the Midwestern Psychological Association (MPA) in Chicago. My friends and I got there a day early which gave us some time to explore the city! Here are some pictures from our walk through the city!

We found a way into the middle of the bushes! We’re not entirely sure if we were supposed to be there or not, but there were no signs saying it was against the rules or anything. It was a pretty path, though!

That night, our psych teacher took us out to pizza! Can’t go to Chicago and not get pizza, am I right?

The next morning, I presented my poster at the conference!

Then we started making our way back home!

We also stopped at the beach for a minute on the way back. We didn’t stay long, though, because it was pretty dang cold outside.
